Last night's game against AP was another great reminder of what the DNH girls varsity bball is capable of. Very ugly start,...very ugly... a little painful too...but they dug down deep and came from 27 down! to get within 7 points! Playing with confidence, composure and heart. This is the team that we are all capable of watching every game out. So for all of you that support this team thank you, it means so much, please keep it up.
And girls...keep fighting and digging down because a second half like last night makes it worth it!

We desire to create an environment that fosters teamwork, discipline, confidence, importance of taking care of each other and yourself, community service, fun and above all the best possible character which is a picture frame for all the other qualities. It's true that Basketball is just a game, but it is also a very powerful tool that we can use to create strong women, and we as coaches feel very blessed to have a chance to play any kind of hand in that.
