"You can heal your life" Lousie Hay
In the infinity of life where I am, all is perfect, whole and complete. I now choose calmly and objectively to see my old patterns, and I am willing to make changes, I am teachable. I can learn. I am willing to change. I choose to have fun doing this. I choose to react as though I have found a treasure when I discover something else to release. I see and fell myself changing moment by moment. Thoughts no longer have any power over me. I am the power in the world. I chose to be free. All is well in my world.
Pack Camp
Pack Camp started today, and after yesterday's big showing at Clarksville it carried through to today. Our main focus this summer is tri-fold. 1. Rebounding...it is the start of our offense 2. Get the board and push it up to a flier! Be more of a running team. 3. Read and react cuts, getting more bang for our buck out of our offense. I think we are going to make leaps and bounds this summer!
Again, on our shirts it says Rome Wasn't Built In A Day. It takes time to build a program and doing it right and solidly and one that will stand the test of time. These girls have done a great job and I think this season is going to be quite the defining season. :)

Clarksville League a GREAT success.
Clarksville League started yesterday the 6th and we had 5 9th graders step up and 5 older girls. We coaches are sooo proud of them. They played so well, and did so many great things...things we haven't seen from them yet! Great cuts, and looks for amazing buckets, weakside rebounding and the point guards were ball handlin fools. Abbie stepped her leadership up big time and was all over the place doing things. 9th graders stepped in like it was no big deal and I was excited with what I saw. It's not easy to walk in gym for the first time since Feb. pick up a ball and play with girls you haven't played with without even having a single practice, and yesterday those girls showed how far this program has come. The three coaches were grinning ear to ear into the night. :)
