I think one of the hardest parts of being on a team is seeing someone needing to dig down deep and play hard so they can see and feel their potential. You can't do it for them it has to be a simple choice of I will or I won't...I can't is not an option, neither is I'm not good enough. If those two things get said then all that becomes of that is self prophecy.
