Spring is a comin!
In May we will be getting together to assess everyone especially going to be 9th graders like we did last year to check for issues and to prevent injury. Plus it educated you on how to use your body a big. We will check 1RM and also introduce any new lifts for summer. May lifting will be getting a good base started for those of you who haven't lifted through spring. June starts off right away with bball camp!
Make sure you are getting a bball in your hands occasionally you will be surprised that a little can go a long way. But a lot would be better! :) Play pick up, play 3 on 3 don't just go and shoot random stationary shots all the time.
We are looking for an intense and competitive season next year so you should all be preparing ahead of time.
