Oct. 14th 7pm Multi, (sorry it's early but it was most free night for you all) Player/Parent meeting like last year. Bring $ for all your gear and if anyone wants the t shirts. If you can't make it call me so I can put your order down. This is the easiest way to do it, it worked well.
Nov. 8th Season begins
Dec. 4th We will have our 2nd Pack Tournament and Heels to Hoops so moms get ready again. I will post a training regimen closer to the date. ;)
I'm also looking to do a Biomechanics Clinic with the junior high players (boys too if they want) sometime in Nov. early part of Dec. let me know if you are interested.
