It's a crazy whirlwind of districts for falls sports right now. BUT, if you aren't in a fall sport or its done it is time to start getting in some bball shape.
I would recommend some straight up pick up basketball, running hills or intervals, plyos and lifting. Do stuff for the fast twitch muscles which is the stuff I mentioned above.
Yee haw! I hope you are all ready, because we are ready to go and we are so excited for what the H.S. girls are going to bring this year. Fun, fast bball. :)
